As a passionate meditator and meditation teacher, I have discovered that many people find it challenging to meditate. I would recommend the experience of guided meditation so you could receive the many positive benefits and I would be assisting you to achieve a feeling of well-being. I will be guiding you throughout the practice and gently bringing you back to the moment, allowing you to access the mindful and peaceful space that meditation offers.
Storytelling will assist in deepening the positive experience. When we relax, the mind becomes receptive and this can be used to improve a person’s well-being.
